StateOfTheArt Tigé Manufacturing Facility

Located in Abilene Texas, Tigé headquarters houses the worlds most advanced inboard manufacturing facility. This 130,000 squarefoot complex was designed and built specifically for stateoftheart inboard boat production.

Meticulous Molds/Flawless Finish

Each Tigé model consists of a hull component and a deck component which are fabricated in separate molds. Gel coat is applied in our stateoftheart spray room. The result is a flawless and durable finish.

Advanced Composites and Lamination

Hull and deck units are laminated with several layers of highquality fiberglass and resin. Followed by install the Tigé LifePlus core stringer system, the foundation of the Tigé allcomposite hull.

Hull & Deck Fused As Solid Fiberglass Unit

After lamination, the hull and deck components are joined together. Tigé boats are engineered for advanced monocoque construction that fuses the hull and deck into a single, solid fiberglass unit.
